2018 Fundraiser Update

Paint & Refurbish Temple Buildings

Aloha Temple Friends:

We started in mid-July at the Tara Temple and Guest House since it has a simple four colors, then moved up to the Lamas’ quarters, office and store. The front and sides of the main temple took the most time, with much prep work, nine colors, and complex details. The project was substantially completed by the close of the year, with a few remaining jobs, such as another coat on the porch and stairs, and the inside walls of the temple and library.

The estimate was $20,000. We raised $22,585 and spent $22,819.
